Safety Harness installation

I have a 2001 F150 SuperCab 4x4 and I am ready t odo some mroe serious off-roading. Whiel I don't expect anything to happen, I want to be prepared by installing a 5 point safety harness. Does anyone know how to do his without destroying my interior and can I/should I keep the stock seats or change them to racing styel seats? I need to know how to mount the harness correctly. I jsut don't want to degrade the truck at all.

Thanks

If you dont need one that the strap comes up between the legs you can probably keep your seats. We always bolted ours to the floor.
