Ok, i have been to Silver Lake dunes 3 times last year and it was nothing but fun! I have no lift, but I still did quite well. I would say the only requirement is 4WD. If you have wider tires it will help, but it's not required. Also a tow point is required. Rear trailer hitch receiver works well. The runs I am planning now are April 6th, and april 27th. I know it's far in advance, but I just wanted to try to geta huge group together for a day of fun!. You pay around $20 for a flag and $16 for an ORV permit, then for a michigan state parks pass and your set. I bought the pass good for a year and then when ever I would go after that I didn;t have to pay anything to get in. I am opening this up to anyone and everyone. even friend who drive something other then fords (I dunno why someone would want to do that, but oh well) Anyway please e-mail me at TravisN2001@yahoo.com for more info and/or post on here. Dude, you have no idea how many F150's are going to be there the weekend of the 6th. Right now there are plans for at least 25 trucks from all over the US including CO, IN, NJ, MN, IL, PA, NY maybe, ontario, I think that's it. I will agree with you that it's a blast.
