4x4 Maintenance Tips

I recently purchased a 2011 F150 XLT with ecoboost and 4x4. I have enjoyed it a lot, however the previous owner was a farmer, and over time I have noticed some signs of wear from water and dust exposure. Does any one have any particular maintenance tips they may recommend for a vehicle that may have been exposed to these elements? The vehicle currently has approx. 40k miles. Thanks!

Fluid change maybe. I would clean the under body pretty good to reduce the chance of rust forming under a glob of mud.
