Needs some help

I'm a senior in highschool and im looking into buying another f150 that I can take in te mountains and go hunting.

I'm looking at a 1994 - 1996 extended cab f150 and I planned on lifting it with some fog lights. Is there anything I need to know about them and are there any better models that I should look at. All I'm wanting is a truck j can drive around town and take in the moutains so I don't want to spend to much, at the most 5000. Is that reasonable too ?

You're looking at a good reliable truck in that group. Or course like everything else, the better the condition the more it will cost. I have a 95 F150 XLT extended cab short bed 4x4 that is in excellent condition. It took me 4 months of looking before I found it. It cost me less than $4,000.00 with decent tires. Don't be in a hurry to buy, but look all the time. Keep asking around, and talk with other owners about their rides. I think you are going to be happy with your Ford once you find it.
