315 75 16 tires on stock f-150?

Hey, I'm pretty new to owning my truck, I bought a 4.6L 2000 F-150 super cab 4x4 off road edition a few months back. Today I towed a car for my friend from his shop area to town and he gave me some off-roading tires he had laying around for free. They are some 315 75 16's which I believe are 35". Two BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires and two Toyo Open Country tires. I have been playing around with the idea of putting them on a few 16" rims and using them for when I go off-roading. Would I need to install a lift kit or can I run it stock?

Note in the picture that the back is weighted down by a trailer/ car/ tool chests/ other crap

you might be able to get away with doing it on a stock and trimming away a lot, but i would crank your t-bars and do a block in the rear. just 2" should be good. thats all you need. a little trimming, if at all any. thats what i would recommend. and you wouldnt need new shocks, but it is recommended since you do loose down travel in your stock shocks.

On stock rims it would fit but they would rub on the frame. But you will need to crank the bars and trim the valance

I have 35's on my truck. I have an AAL in the rear and the front t-bars cranked. I trimmed the front lower valance just a hair too. On the stock rims they will fit. But not on aftermarket without a lift of some sort. Here's some pics to show you. And I see your in the bay area. Check out my sig about the pismo meet. I am in the bay area as well.
