Help! Sunk my truck.

Today went mudding and sunk it in a pond. Came up half-way up my doors flooded my interior. Got it pulled after 5 minutes, truck wouldnt start. Parked my truck on a hill let the water drain out of the exhaust then started after a second. On the way home it started sputtering at about 50 mphs, pulled over and revved it up for a little bit and bunch of water came out. Then drove it home, ran fine just had a low idle. Idle lower than normal, my air filter was wet and clogged. So tommarow im checking fluids, drying filter (now) and cleaning MAF, and MAS. Anything else I should worry about?

First time I got stuck bottomed out:

well hate to say it buy you might have water in the block pull a few spark plugs out see if any water comes out...also this doesnt involve it sputtering but check your differential oil it may have water in it can rust your gears and ruin the rear might want to drain and refill. you probably have water in yoursystem. i dont think that was a good idea sinking it in water i love to off road but i dont ever go through stuff that will ruin my truck like going through deep water, that wasnt a good idea, check your fuses may have gotten wet and caused some kind of shortage, definatly pull some spark plugs you may have water in the block also make sure you dry your truck out real good so you dont have to worry about rusting i sugest pulling your carpets out and dry them off... its a lot of work to do sorry about the bad news but i would take every precaution so you dont have problems in the future...i once ran my old chevy through a river in upstate new york not a good idea as i was going through it i started loseing power so i floored the gas pedel and nothing no response thankfully i was right near the end and i came out as soon as i got out i reved the **** out of it to get all the water out there was A LOT OF WATER that came out. that was the last time i'll do something like that it aint worth loseing the truck over cause ya desided to drive through some water......well good luck

The thing is the highest line was below my headers in my truck the inside of my intake was dry and my TB was dry. Only wet thing was the intake, even some gas has water in it. Just putting some sea foam through the tank or sta-bil.

pull the interior out immediately so the carpet padding can start to dry out

Tommarow is an oil change, it looked clean. Then check transmission and it looked fine. My intake has a tiny bit of water inside i noticed after it dried up, couldn't see any signs in the TB. Theres just a big puddle at the bottom of my driveway.

i know it doesnt help now but anytime you suck in water, pull the spark plugs before you start it again. once the engine combust with water it jacks up the seals bad.

it might still help if you do that, dry the air filter, and keep the revs at low rpm when you re-fire to clean out the cats with heat. sorry dude, besides pullin heads...

Do you think a really clogged filter would make the truck not rev above 4K, and water spewing out your exhaust? Im guessing water in exhast plus bad filter kills power?

trust me the padding stays wet for weeks after the carpet dries out

also its recommended that you change engine oil, trans, and diff oils, also clear out your vent tube for your axle while you are back there.

def change all fluids to be safe! still pull the carpet, you dont want mold or anything coming up later on. its worth the work.

no i dont think a clogged filter will do that. i only stated that to prevent more moisture from getting in the engine. whatever damage is already caused. dry what you can, change fluids and get the cats cleared. maybe even change the plugs, they might be fouled.
