Areas to off road

So I am pretty new to this forum, and to off roading. I currently live in South Orange County and I am looking for thing areas to actually use my four wheel drive truck. I am familiar with Maple Springs Trail in Silverado Canyon that takes me to the to Santiago Peak, which is the top of Saddleback Mountain that overlooks Orange County and that is about it.

Are there any areas you all may recommend for some good off roading in the Orange County, or maybe Northern San Diego County, or even Riverside County that I can go to maybe in a day.

Also other areas in Southern California as well.

HOLY GYM TRAILS.. ya if you keep going down until you pass oneal park past cooks corner you will run into holy gym. the place is not the biggest but still fun. there is usually a mud pit and there are a few spots to 4wheel up the hill then park and party.there is also a spot to park at the end of the trail and go for walks in the hills. 1 spot to walk or hike to is the waterfall.if you take santiago untill you get to cooks corner then make a left then go down untilyou pass the fire station on the right and the trails are on the left after the bridge..
