.... ya, that would be one hell of a truck to own !

And they have em all the way up to the lariat version ! bling bling !
Holy crap, 24k towing rating? Between that and the weight of the truck you'd need a Class B or better to drive it at its gross! I think that truck in Lariat trim, with the diesel and upfitted with a gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches would suit me just fine for the rest of my life! Now, anyone want to loan me $50k+ for it?

My buddy Miles works a 96 F-450 7.3 on the farm in Iowa... pulls a 53 foot 5th wheel with hay.

lol.... been there done that. Did you hang around for a little while? They might have left it there to go get another truck to pull it out. I had to do that twice, once with my truck, and once with my brother's chevy. One was an overnighter, got stuck at 10 after 9, called buddies up, after they all got stuck too we walked about a mile out of the woods at 4:45 in the morning. Came back the next day to get em out with a lifted 250 w/ mud graplers and a 15K winch. Other time, had to ride back to the house in a buddies car to get my brother's truck and drive back to the trail to pull me out.

The sad part is, if the kid has access to that truck, and is willing to do that to it...odds are he probably wont even get in trouble for it...some of the parents today amaze me(and not in the good way)
