Rubicon *action alert*
Just realized we have no action alerts, or other ways to notify fellow wheelers about land issues. So, here is our first:
Please take a second to help out. Thanks.
The National Off-Road Association (NORA) has just issued an Action Alert regarding the most recent issue regarding water quality on the Rubicon Trail.
Taking Action is easy and takes less than 30 seconds. Visit www.nora-usa.com, then click on the TAKE ACTION icon in the toolbar. You do not need to become a NORA member in order to take action on important land access issues...it's free.
If you have any questions regarding this Action Alert, please contact Pearse Umlauf at (530) 333-1487, ext. 3.
Thank you!

lets go guys, the Rubicon might not be close to you but it stands for offroaders in general. If they take this trail down even for part of the year they are winning a big battle against everyone.
take some time to click the link.

Ill either tow the truck there and wheel it, or drive the truck there and just spectate.
i think the money spent would be well worth it.

I want the truck completely done before then. Cage, bumpers, winch, coilovers, engine, transmission, transferr case, viair onboard system all are things that will be getting done before i make that trip.
i want the truck to be at 100% when i go there, especially if i plan on wheeling. I cant make that trip and break something on the first run.
it will be awhile before i can go. probably atleast this time next year... but might not happen till this time 2 years from now.

awesome ! glad to see so many willing to support off roading ! And yes, land closures suck for both the 4 wheelers, and the atv/dirt bike guys. by showing our huge numbers, it helps.
and any of yall ever feel like coming out here, we have tons of trails. Tons of places to wheel. Just let me know, always game.
