do you think a 38 X 13 R16 is going to look to narrow? it ought to dig good shouldnt it?, I want a tire that does better than the toyo offroad and ok on road, when I go off road I would like to go through more stuff than I can with the toyos

You are asking a guy with a 9" wide tire if those are too narrow. haha

But no they arent. Remeber what i told you. Im going with a Bogger in a 38x11x16 tire NOW THATS A NARROW 38.

Yes those will pull you though ALOT more than toyos will. No they wont be as good on the street but you can still get 30k out of them maybe alittle more.

Im going with Boggers because they are the most aggressive DOt legal narrow tire you can buy.

A narrow tire will out dig a wide tire 100 to 1

however a wide tire will look better and probably be more stable but i would rather have good off road performance from my offroad tires

the boggers will only last 20k tops

if those tires will last 30k and I can get them for less than a grand I`m probably going to do that, I will definately keep them rotated often I learned that lesson the hard way with the toyos that I`m running now, I am going to regear here in about another month or so and then I`ll start saving up for those TSL`s thanks for all the advice 4.2trimble how`s your engine swap coming along?

TSL's will last 30k if you keep them inflated nicely and rotated on time.

Boggers will last 20k if you keep them inflated and rotated right

My engine swap is DONE ive been driving on it now for about a week. Im learly about getting on it though (that unknown fact of having a used motor in the truck)

I cant wait till i rebuild it and supercharge it. With some gears my truck would be SICK
