Housing prices are pretty steady here, However houses at the low end of the market are taking a long time to sell ( <300k ). It is a buyers market at that range, but the house tend to be on the small side IMHO at that price.

**** man we were basically neighbors, i lived on ramsey road south of garwood until a few months ago i was forced to move with the family. lost my job at century publishing (dont **** off the managers little butt buddy, gets yeh fired) and had no way to keep the eyes on the little girl of mine when my parents moved. how far are you from the mazucca's?

Housing in CDA area is a crap shoot dude, its over priced for most of it even still.

 

We are Just off of Rimrock, 1 block north of Ohio Match, on Wildlife Trail. We went by your house almost daily as my 2 girls went to Garwood. I knew your truck looked familiar! Where are you at now?

 

you familiar with kennewick, pasco, richland / aka tri-cities washington? im in an outskirt town of that area, benton city. theres a place called horn rapids here too, neat track.
