Major water damage and not sure about things

Well I went offroading friday night and gotsomething f'd up. I tried to go through a hole that I normally can make it through with no problem. Well for some reason it didnt work. I get almost all the way through and I start to spin. So I try to back up and it bogs and doesnt wanna move. Keep in mind Im in 4L and my foot to the floor. The water is almost half way up my door but not seeping in the truck. So then I try to go foward and it bogs, but I try reverse again and that gets me out. But now I have a whining sound at idle, a whining when I turn my ac/heat on to the dash part, and it sounds like it has an air bubble in its "voice". Not really sure how to explain it. And it also sounds like my belt is made of sand paper. Im gonna try a full fuid flush(engine, trans, diffs) and change to coils packs, and plugs and see if that helps. And Im pretty much done with offroading at least if its not a offroad park. Had my fun now Im ready to start restoring. Any ideas on my problems?
