How much did you crank the torsion bars, do the tires rub and did you have to trim anything? I ask because I am about to get 305/70/17 Buckshots on my 97' 4x4

I rubbed alittle in reverse then I took off that little piece off under the valance. NO more rubbing, but if you trimed alittle on that piece you will be fine.

My old 86, which as I understand it is now sitting in NW Ohio. This was taken at 600 acres (Hoosier Creek) in Solon, IA back before it was closed down.

This is the current beater with most of its body panels still straight. Its not quite as pretty anymore. This was taken at Rausch Creek.

This happened the first time out with it when the cross pin let go and ate a couple spiders.

So now these are in the process of being swapped in

600 Acres!!! I took my Ranger there when she was all stock. I never got a chance to take it back and test the mods before the park closed to OHV's...

Yep, it was a good park, but we all knew it was closing 2 years before it happened. When they blocked off the bottoms at the resivoir and the creek we all knew it was on borrowed time. Actually the last time I wheeled there (May 03) it was actually pretty boring. All the good trails had been more or less bulldozed into highways. My 86 Ranger there with nothing but cut fenders, welded diffs, and 34" tires would walk all over anything there. The only thing it couldn't do was the hole by the bottoms way in the back corner (but I've never seen or heard of anyone thats beat that hole). Still lots of good memories of early RRORC and one RRORC/FTW run there.
