where is a good place to start. i live in phoenix az so should i go through Nogales or all the way down to Tijuana and make it up to ensanada? also is it pretty sketchy driving your nice truck through one of the most ghetto countries? I've been to the parker race and primm but never the almighty baja

I am from az and in the navy now livin on the east coast and not to many people know this kind of offroading they are into mud here I miss it good vid riviera racing is my fav team people here also dont know about glamis

I would say to go to Tijuana and then cross, I don't think there is a big deal to drive around here, as long as you don't go into the bad parts, americans drive around here all the time, and I mean, not only YOU guys drive brand new F-150s, we have them here also

I just wanted to add a few pictures that were taken to me and my friends during this race last year, somebody watched the video on youtube and told me they had a few shots of us while they were chasing their truck on the chopper, just wanted to share that with you.

i like that diesel vw touraeg(sp?). they use those things on the dakar race and their awesome. it sucks the dakar is cancelled this year.
