I know its not a ford but i picked up an 85 isuzu trooper for $80, runs and needs a head gasket. Does anyone know anything about these vehicles? the suspension is just like an s 10 and i have two buddies that have lifted their s 10s with shackles and by tightening the torsion bars. and i have a friend with a set of 32" mud terrain BFG's on 6 lug rims that are goin on there.

 

From what I have heard, those things are pretty tough. Like the Toyota Land Cruisers of the same era. And for $80, you can beat it to he[[ and not abuse your truck!
