Is it common that after off roading, the steering has a feel like there is a little tug when you turn? It feels like the power steering is turning on and off but every softly (its hard to explain). I havn't washed the truck yet but the ground was pretty solid (it's snow/ ice fields) so I dont know if there is a whole lot of mud stuck under there.

Any suggestions on why this might be happening?
