Where do you guys store your dirty accessories?

I have been looking for some kind of storage container for the bed of my truck where I can keep tow ropes, chains, tools, the ball hitch. All that dirty stuff…

I don’t want a typical tool box that stretches across the whole bed right behind the cab; I have a short bed and don’t want to loose any length. I’m looking for something that might fit in the rear drivers side corner of my bed, maybe even molded to fit around half the wheel well for even more space. I’d also like it to hide behind the bed wall; I don’t like things sticking out for everyone to see.

Does something like this exist?

I've seen bed side mounted tool boxes that go front to back over the wheel wells. Where I've seen them...I can't remember. Sorry.

Pork Chop Boxes.
Not the most room, but my friend had one in highschool and it always held his chains and tow straps. And he didn't have to sacrifice room for hauling his 4wheeler.

One of the big brand names carries a very skinny profile toolbox that goes where most conventional toolboxes go, right by the rear window. But it's about 1/3rd of the length. Looks perfect for my offroad equipment and is about $250

I have one I made, it fits on the driver side bed rail sticks up about 2.5" I have a short bed plus its flare side so any kinda box in my bed made for tight sleeping space I put all my straps, chains, jumpers, tools, ect any thing that might even be helpfull made out of 1/8 sheet steel.

Hey guys thanks for all the tips, after a lot of searching i decided to go with this tool box, even though it doesn’t mount on the side, i think it looks really clean in these trucks. I think I might even be able to fit a quad in the bed with this tool box, not sure...

This is a picture from jperea's gallery. I Ordered this exact model from Tuffy Security products, only mine wont have the ford symbol and I had mine powder coated in black to match my truck.
