The first damage....

Ahhh...I'm glad it was something non-vital like running boards. I went up a steep hill that went straight down again. I soiled myself a little because I thought it was the body draggin when I got high centered. The wife was pissed but I like it better with no running boards...better enjoy it while I can until she makes me get new ones.

It happens. There was a thread posted a few weeks ago regarding whether or not to wheel with running boards...here is your answer.

Its hard to say...they hung below the body a fair bit. I dunno if they kept my rocker panels from getting crunched or if they wouldn't have even touched...I'll never know. F'ing running boards, I never put them on any of my other 4x4s...stupid wife, if it was up to me I'd have 37s and wheel the ***** out of my truck
