Please answer a question for a newbie
Coming home from work on the freeway, i saw a 4x4 F-250 or 350. This truck was way off the ground. I don't know how he got up in that truck.Anyway, as he shifted, it made a high pitched sound like a jet engine. Would that have been a turbocharger?Whatever it was, it was impressive. Want to have one myself!

It was probably a turbo-diesel with an intake, exhaust, etc...
