truck eats mud flaps

on my truck i have cheap ford trucks splash guards. when i am muddin in sticky mud my 285s tend to pull the mud flaps up into the fender wells and then they wear thru. ive gone thu one set and i was wondering if there is any way to keep this from happening thanx.

bigty by any chance did you crank up the torsion bars to raise the front and do your 33's rub at all?
