The mud rovers are a good tire. A bunch of my Jeep buddies have them. The tread clears well, and the milage is ok. I am not sure what kinda miles you will get wih them on a 5000 pound truck. They do make a lot of noise as does and mud tire. I really think that if you are concerned about milage, you should buy some all terrains or goodyear wrangler MTRs. Plus, the MTRs are a little more exspensive, but they have a great wanrranty, and are really hard to puncture. All else aside, if you are gonna put mud tires on a full size truck save a little longer and put a good set of rubber on it, they will last longer perform better and be cheaper in the long run.
