Rear Bumper

SO I just removed my rear bumper. It's a big strong sucker but at least for now it sits on the back portch. Now the main reason I took it off was because it's 2" too low after my body lift. It's been that way for a while. That's some serious clearance loss. At minimum, I'll drill new holes and raise the thing. While I'm at it, I'll have to try and sledge out the wicked bend on the driver side (I taught that rock a lesson.). But even when I do raise the bumper, it's a big bumper. I think it's like 6" tall and I weighed it at 80lbs. I might choose to replace it with some 3" tubing. I'd like to do a neat custom job, but I don't have a tubing bender. We'll see. That's my project for the week while the weather is bad; it doesn't require me to get on the ground. If you have any comments, feel free to share.
