I was just thinking the same thing.

Ones like you're wanting are all show and don't really help anything other than to make changing your rear fluid a bitch.

As I recall I didn't ask what anyone thought of them, only if they knew where I could find them. Further more, it's none of your business why I want one. In the future, unless you can answer whatever question I or anyone else may have, I'm sure must of us would prefer you keep your comments to yourself.

No one. I just take offence when someone that has no idea why I may ask something, makes it sound like I'm an idiot. And thats what thier responce sounded like to me.

Alright next time I see one of your posts I'll let you fawk yourself over on it. I was TRYING to give a little advice. I wasn't giving you my opinion of the rings. If you want it here it is. I think they're gay as hell. They serve no purpose except for mall crawling posers who think wheeling is driving through puddles at the local walmart. That being said, the reason I said what I did before is there are alot of people who are just getting into offroading who think that they need something like that when in fact it doesn't provide any real protection unless going in reverse. I was TRYING to point that out in case you didn't already know it so that way you didn't buy it and then come back here whining I spent $150 on this thing and it doesn't work. Sheesh newbies

You are wrong. They do serve a purpose. Where I wheel, and I do, I've seen more than one diff. cover get smashed, often damaging the gearing inside. Why do you think that Jeepers and other guy that do a lot of off roading use them? It's because they work.

Oh sorry, I forgot, you're the all knowing expert. Forgive me master...
