Houston Drivetrain will do it all for about $1250 bucks...my gears are 4.56, and the front have to be "reversed cut"... my gears are US Gear by the way... the shop will know about the reverse cut, but you should make sure... the gears themselves cost me $199 for the rear and $240 for the front... i think i got em out the door for like $470-480... i'm paying a gentleman here in town to install them for me... he worked at a drivetrain place near here for 15 years and kept his equipment when he left... so he can do a great job on em...he's charging me $500 labor + $20 install kits + $75/axle for bearings(should only need those in the rear)... so i'm getting it done completely for a bit shy of $1100... which isnt bad for around here (the closest price was houston drivetrain for $1250, and i'm not sure if that included tax (approx. $100)... the highest quote i got was $1600 out the door... the average quote was right at about $1350... Houston Drivetrain wanted $225 to install the rear gears, $325 for the front, plus bearings ($125 per axle- usually only need them for the rear)...so thats about $650-800, and the gears will cost you nearly $500...so that puts em right around their quote...without tax...

Hope this helps...i dont know part #s...sorry
