Question Axle Change

I am changing complete axles from 1994 3.08 Open to 1993 3.55 LS out of a 4x4, will I have a speedo prob. ?? Accurcy ?? Readings ??

Yes.

You will need to find out how many teeth are on your speedo drive gear in your transmission tail stock (pull it out and count the teeth). Then use that number in the following formula;

(Stock # of teeth / 3.08) x 3.55

Go to Ford and get whatever gear has the closest number of teeth to the result from the above formula and you will be all set.

I have an E4OD transmission and I think the spedo is a pick-up off the rear-end and not the transmission, it is installed and a Night and Day differance in take off and SMOKING the tires, thanks.
