TPS Mod and Gear Change Correlation?

TPS Mod and Gear Change Correlation?
Wondering if the TPS mod may help what seems to be a very slight but noticeable difference of immediate off idle throttle response from what I had with the 3.55LS gear v. the 4.10LS gear I put in.
Any thoughts?
