Post LS wear from new/old tire

one of my back tires has some outer tread block damage. I want to swap it with my spare which has never been used. The other tires all have 20K mi. I measured a 1/16 in difference in tread depth between the spare and the other back tire. Will this difference cause increased wear on my LS axle? Or am I worying about nothing?

If so then I'll could just put the spare on front. But then would not be able to rotate in the future.

Yes
Yes

Assume your new tire is 30 inches in diameter; and that your worn tire is .125 iches less (29.857 inches).

That's only a 0.4% (.00417) difference.

Few things on your car cannot tolerate 4/10ths of a percent change.
