Coast Down Moan FIXED
Since I had the truck I've experienced this problem. After the truck was warm, I would hear a whine when decelerating. Usually around 30mph and below.
Found a TSB on it and JHerron has the identical truck got his fixed last year.
Brought it in four times, "could not duplicate". Well, warranty is almost up.
Heard it last week and ran it right to the dealer. They heard it too, said it sounded like the tranny. I explained the TSB and some sort bracket needed for the aux tranny cooler. Said it was something else, not that. Needed to research.
Called me back, ordered the bracket for the aux tranny cooler and installed today, no whine so far. Hopefully it stays that way.
