i know it may seem funny, but i do have a worry.

i need to know if anybody knows what causes this "fart". when i turn my steering wheel all the way to the right and proceed this sound that sounds like a grinding fart becomes audible. this is the first time i ever noticed it. i have only about 6k miles on it. is this a problem? please advise.
