Cool

Get the axle "code" off of the sticker inside the driver's door and search the codes here or post it -or- crawl under and get the "actual" code off of the rear end cover (a tag on one of the cover bolts).

Wink

Put the rear end up on jack stands so the tires are off the ground, turn the truck on and put it in drive, if both tires spin you got the limited slip, right????

Well that would work wouldnt it? but it would probally be easier to just get the codes off the net somewhere, and im wonder too how you do that. Thanks,
Brian

Lightbulb

I found a chart of Ford axle codes at www.ford-trucks.com/articles/axlechart.html.
The axle code can be fond of the drivers side door-jam. Hope this helps
