rear axle problem

I just took my 2000 f150 supercab lariat to the dealership to have it serviced and was just wondering if anyone else was having the same problems?
the truck was bought brand new off the lot with only 5 miles on it and at about 21000 miles in the back when I was at a complete stop and turned the wheel hard to the left or right it would kind of hobble, vibrate and shake when you gave it gas. It got worse and at 45000 miles it shook the truck really bad and it was a very rough ride. The another dealership ended up looking at it and they told me that some one tampered with the seal in the axle and there was hardly any fluid left in the axle. so they fixed that for $345 and it took care of the problem for a few days then it was back. but they told me that someone used the wrong seal, the wrong oil, and the wrong non factory plug. (they didn't some one else did, it must have been leaking when it was delivered by the dealership we bought it from.) Then I took it back and they ended up replacing the clutch pack, some bearings, and a carriage bearing. It would have costed me over $800 but I didnt agree with that and said we should not have had this problem so soon. So Ford ended up picking up the bill all but $100. If anyone has had this problem please let me know either by posting a message, email, or yahoo messenger. thank you for your time.
