4.10's?

I just put on my 35's. Now i was wondering how much it would be to swap my 3.55's for a 4.10? anyone know the price of this including installation? thanks a lot

Most places charge about $600 for parts and labor.

That should be $600/axle. Parts are more for the 9.75/8.8R axle combo.

Also, depending on year, you may need a chip to correct the speedo.

i paid 19.90 for 2 quarts of 75/90wt gear oil. 39.95 for ford 8.8 install kit. 169.95 for 4.10 genuine gear. the install was 325.00 plus tax. i purchased everything from 4 wheel parts. thr gear has a lifetime warranty and i would recommend letting the same place u buy the gear install it so if it howls the can not throw the blame around ( the gear shop saying not installed right and the mechanic saying its the gear). oh yea 36.95 for a chrome diff cover.
