Question Does Changing To 4.10 Gears Affect The Speedometer Or Odometer?

I have a 98 F150 XL 2WD with a 4.2L and 2" front susp. lift and 2" body lift and running 33's. I want to get some performance back by putting 4.10 gears in. I already got my speedometer recalibrated with the lift and have a K&N filter and Flo-Pro dual exhaust. I was wondering if regearing affects the speedometer/odometer?
-Thanks

Yes, regearing affects the speedo; you'll have to do the recalibration again.
