Will a gear change void my warrenty? And if so is there a way to change them and not void it?

 

Along the same lines. I'm considering going from 3.55 to 4.10's but want to know if this affect the emission performance. I live in a nonattainment zone and the state check the tail pipe every 2 years. Will the gear change produce more CO and other undesireables so that I could fail?
