I had sent a message off to a technical site at BW. I had asked about a slight cost down whne I get with my 2000 4.6 4x4. He told me that it is very common for there to be some "normal" noise associated with the transfer case, also he mentioned that the case was beefed up for the 2000 model year?

Anyone know if that is true regarding the T-case.
