Question Front end noise?

There are times when I think I hear a grinding type of noise from the front end of my truck. It occurs at low rpm ( 0-1800) and is most noticeable when accelerating from a dead stop. I don't know if it's something in the drivetrain, the engine, or just in my head. I don't hear it all the time and it seems to come from the center of the front. I really don't feel anything although one day it was more notieable and I could feel some vibration through the accelerator. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This may be the same thing I had. My didn`t start this till I had 37,000 miles on it . Turned out that The heater hose (inlet side) had to be replaced the restriction in it wasn`t enough. I also had a real strange problem too. This was in the brake booster vac line . I had to replace the hose their with a new line with a plastic inner core & make it longer. The noise went away. I hope this helps you out!!!!!!
