I have a 95 f150 xlt 4x4 an my rear end went out...I found one out of a 94 2 wheel drive...will it fit my 95??

 

It should - are they both 8.8"?

 

He said it was a 8.8 wit 3:55 gears I believe...but would I have to change anything being that his is a 2 wheel drive an mine is a 4x4??

 

If they are both 8.8 then it should fit. The real issue is to BE SURE IT IS THE SAME GEAR RATIO. If it isn't you will break something real bad when you shift it into 4wd. There is no difference between the 4x4 and 2x4 rear diff of the same size (8.8=8.8, 9.75=9.75......) You don't have a tone ring or disc brakes, so the "new" one needs to be equipped the same way and you are good to go.
