i have 2002 f150 Screw with the stock 3.55 gears 33" tires and a 4" lift kit. truck also has a cold air intake and long tube headers and i have intentions of getting a programmer sometime down the road. im stepping up to a 6" lift and 35x12.5s later this summer and im wanting to re gear to get more power out of the truck to be able to push itself down the road with the 35s and i also go on vacation every summer with my family of 4 and our 20 ft boat that weighs roughly around 6000-6500 lbs. with just a full cab and no trailer i can feel the truck struggle a little more to accelerate up to 60 and then 75 on the highway.
what should i go with for 35s and towing my boat? i also participate in the truck tug of war we have at the fair grounds every year and am wanting more low end power there as well and no i don't beat on my truck shes very well taken care of! just finished a whole frame off restoration last summer. so 4.56s 4.88s? haha trucks also going to roll 257,000 miles in the next couple of days
