Help Diagnose

About two days ago I was backing in my driveway and noticed a whining noise, didn't really pay much attention to it till later that day when I went out again and noticed when I'm sitting still or moving slowly and turn the wheel is the only time it makes the noise. So today I stopped by my parents and had my pops turn the wheel while it was parked so I could hear the noise and pin point. After a couple turns of the wheel I noticed it was coming from passenger side front wheel. So I put my hand and ear closer to the noise and it sounds like the cv joint but on the tire end. Has anyone ever experienced this and if so was the noise in fact the cv joint. I have checked for power steering leaks and checked the fluid level. Also looked at the ball joints as well and everything appears to be fine, and just if anyone needs more info 2005 f150 4.6l and have a 2.5in leveling kit. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
