Vacuum leak?

I have a 2004 f-150 4x4 supercab. I recently noticed a high pitched sound during excelleration. As soon as I let off the gas it stops. It sounds like a tuning fork noise if that helps at all. I'm thinking a vacuum leak. Can someone point me in the right direction?
