Gear ratio

Hey guys I have read few threads on here about people putting 6 inch lift and 35 then re gearing to 4.11 or 4.56 my question is the same as there's but the most hauling I do is only like 2,000lbs at the max and that wouldn't be that often most likely it would be about 1,000 to 1,500 so which gear ratio would be better thinking about gas mileage and hauling?

Thanks to everybody

Hi.

4.56.

Reduces stress on the drivetrain, regardless whether you tow/haul or not. Restores torque multiplication to previous levels ( effective gear ratio changes).

Will need a programmer to correct the TS, GR.

Mileage will still be worse than stock - unavoidable due to heavier running gear, increased rolling resistance and poor aeros.

good luck

I would also say 4.56. but that's just me. if you have factory 3.55 gears then 4.10 would be ok. but if you have factory 3.73 gears, then defiantly go 4.56, I wouldn't even waste my money going to 4.10 if you have factory 3.73's

I concur with both above. 100%, from experience.
