Starter Noise- Video

So I don't have my supercrew anymore. I traded it for a 2005 F-250 w/ the 5.4 and manual 6 speed. So my question is about the new truck. I recently had a new clutch and flywheel installed. After they were done my starter is now making a new noise- It kind of grinds and squeals like a loose belt for about 1/2 a second after it starts. I put a new starter (100% new, not a reman) and it still makes the same noise. Any ideas? The battery is new, the starter is torqued down tight and all wires and connections are clean....

You can get a noise like that if the starter is not disengaging. The issue may be with the new flywheel.

Well this morning I tried another brand new starter and still the same noise! Pulling my hair out.. After the 4th start the new starter would not engage the flywheel and I had to get out and push the truck back and forth in gear to get it to start again.... The flywheel is a LUK brand- supposedly the OEM manufacturer for ford.. I also checked all the ignition relays, and tried a new key lock cylinder.. new battery, and all the cables are in good shape... Should I just keep throwing new starters at it? The original starter was perfectly fine before the new clutch/flywheel.. This makes me think it's not the starter that is the problem......
