Is that going to help my 10 mpg problem or make it worse and at 70/75 what will my rpms be like?

NOTHING is going to help gas mileage when you lift a truck and put big heavy wheels and tires on it.

With 37's and 4.56's, you will be turning about 2200 rpm at 75.

With that intake, you NEED custom tunes to keep it from running lean and damaging the engine.

Hi.

Affirmative. And, like, yesterday, lol.

OR - if you have the stock intake put it back on and just do the Gotts mod - that is safe, and you will not notice any difference power-wise.

It'll save you a bit of scratch for the gears.

Good luck!
