I have a 93 F 150, sometimes it runs great. Has been having transmission problems, will only go through 1st 2nd and 3rd with overdrive off. I'm still trying to figure out that problem. Recently, the engine light will come on and I will lose the overdrive control. Engine starts running like crap, and will hardly go. Fuel pump pressure checks out, replace fuel filter. haven't had a chance to check the pressure regulator yet. Anybody have any ideas of what might be wrong? Please help.

 

Have you pulled the codes?

 

codes wont pull up. just checked fuel pressure regulator, checks out. check engine lite comes on, EOD on shifter goes out. i'm lost. 93 150, 4.9 4x4
