Noticed some dampness on transfer case, driveshaft, and underbody

To start, it's a 2009 FX4 with approx 48,000 miles. I was under the truck today checking stuff out and noticed dampness and a little fluid on the transfer case and DS. It appears to be stemming from right where the DS and TC meet. I'm new to 4X4 so sorry for the noob question.

I'm guessing its the transfer case but no idea what exactly. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Take it to the dealer. You are still under the factory powertrain warranty.

I realized tht after I posted. I should've known better then to get a 1st model year new truck. I swear I've had more quirks with this dang truck than I like to admit.
