rear end question

i have a 06 lariat 4x4. i know it has 3.73 gears in it. i need to know what size the rear end is and what spline axle shafts it has. does it have a 8.8inch? 9.75 inch? and what spline axle shafts? thanks.

The 4.6 is 8.8 and the 5.4 is 9.75, I believe the HD payload option with 7 lug wheels is 10.25.
