Can anybody tell me what diffs came stock in this truck?

 

Are you talking sizes or ratios?. For sizes, it is the 8.8 for the 4.6 and 9.75 for the 5.4. Front is always an 8.8 reverse cut. As far ratios, 3.55 may come std, but a 3.73 is more likely as many were ordered with that. It is easy to tell by looking at the code on the door sticker. If the 2 digit code ends i8n a 9, it is 3.55, if a 6, it is a 3.73. If it is 2 numbers, it is an open diff. If a letter and a number, it is a limited slip.

Also, if it is the 8200GVWR, it is probably a 4.10 and may be a 10.25".
