Loss of power when accelerating

I have a 2007 F150 FX4 with around 85000 miles. Recently I lost a lot of acceleration power. I cant find any one having the same exact issue. Heres the facts

New plugs
New fuel filter
Cleaned the air filter (Airforce One)
Cleaned the MAF sensor
Cleaned the throttle body
Cleaned the coil packs
Reset my tunes (Diablo tuner)
Changed to higher Octane fuel
Regularly changed oil
No codes pop up when running diagnostics
Checked for fuel leaks in the injectors (All good)
I have a magnaflow exhaust.

Does anyone have any other suggetions what I can look for or do? Someone else drove my truck recently and said it felt like it was towing a trailer.
