Exclamation snap crackle pop

was at work and 2 trucks got stuck in some soft spots...hooked up 2 em and got about 2000 rpms...no movement....so tryed 4 high...yanked em right out...after all that i drove home from work and on deceleration (any form, coasting /brakes applyed) i git a snapping/clicking sound from the rear of the truck...talked to a buddy who does all my truck work he had noooo clue. anyone?

i read the haynes manual and it lead me 2ward the u joints. with the vibration and sound corilating with the speed how do you ho about checking the u joints? i have noooo clue

Crawl under or get it up in the air, and start shaking and trying to twist the driveshafts.

its the u joint...tryed installing a new one...broke the new part..and bent ears on Driveshaft... lessons where learned
