Will a 302 bolt up to this v6 truck with a blown engine? I have all the electronics/ basically my 69 bronco efi engine will go into this truck during restoration provided no issues pop up here. Sorry if this thread is out there, I'm on my phone and on the way to check this truck out for a few hundred bucks. Thanks in advance. Drew.

 

The 302 will bolt to the 5 speed, but there are more electronic issues than you seem to think. The truck is OBD2, the 302 is not.

 

So can I just run the engine off one ecu an the truck on the other? Just link the rpm signal so both think the engine is running?
